This innovative program provides substantial savings through an annual membership fee, covering preventive services and offering 10 percent savings WHEN PAID IN FULL BY CASH OR CHECK ON EACH DATE OF SERVICE. (Invisalign, 3-D scans, deprogrammer or airway treatment, and OTC dental products are excluded.)
